Suzuki Renzaburo (鈴木練三郎)

Renzaburo Suzuki (1848 - October 6, 1868) was a member of Shinsengumi (a group who guarded Kyoto during the end of Tokugawa Shogunate) from Himeji, Harima Province. Lower commander of infantry.

He joined Shinsengumi in 1867. He served as a close retainer of Isami KONOD, Head of Shinsengumi.

In the Boshin War, he fought in the Aizu War after fighting in the Battle of Toba-Fushimi
He was killed on the field of the Battle of Bonari-toge. Died at 21.
